Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.techasoft.com (the "Website") and of Techasoft Local Search, our platform for managing Google Business Profiles and local-search operations (the "Platform"), provided by Techasoft Private Limited, Bengaluru, India ("Techasoft", "we", "us"). By using the Website or the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms for it.

Where your organisation has a signed agreement with Techasoft for the Platform (an "Order" or master services agreement), that agreement governs fees, service levels and other commercial terms, and it takes precedence over these Terms if they conflict.

1. The Website

The Website provides information about Techasoft and its services. Its content is provided "as is" for general information and may change without notice. You may not copy, scrape or republish Website content except as permitted by law.

2. Platform accounts

• Access to the Platform is by invitation. Your organisation (the "Client") is responsible for who it invites and the roles they hold.
• Keep your credentials confidential, use multi-factor authentication where required, and tell us promptly at [email protected] about any unauthorised use.
• You are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Connecting Google and other services

• The Client may connect Google Business Profile and other third-party services only if it owns or is authorised to manage the connected profiles and accounts.
• The Client authorises Techasoft to access and act on connected services on its behalf, as instructed through the Platform, for example to update location details, reply to reviews and publish posts.
• Use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms and policies. Techasoft uses only official APIs, does not scrape Google, and cannot guarantee that Google will accept, display or keep any content or change.
• Where a provider does not support an action, the Platform will say so and may offer a manual workflow. It will never report an action as completed when it was not.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use the Platform to:

• publish false, misleading, infringing, defamatory or unlawful content, or fake or incentivised reviews;
• manage profiles or data you are not authorised to manage;
• violate the terms of Google or any other connected service;
• attempt to access other customers' data, probe or bypass security, or disrupt the Platform; or
• resell or provide the Platform to third parties without our written agreement.

We may suspend access that breaches these rules or threatens the security of the Platform or other customers.

5. Client data

• The Client owns its business data and the content it adds to the Platform, and grants Techasoft the rights needed to host, process and publish it to provide the service.
• We process personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, including its section on Google user data.
• On termination the Client may request an export of its data. We delete Client data as set out in the Privacy Policy.

6. Fees

Fees, billing and plan limits for the Platform are set out in the Client's Order. Features outside the Client's plan may be unavailable.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to keep the Platform available and secure, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may carry out maintenance and improve or change features. Some features depend on third-party providers and may change when those providers change their services.

8. Intellectual property

The Platform, the Website and their software, design and content (other than Client data) belong to Techasoft or its licensors. We grant the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform during its subscription, under these Terms.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except as expressly stated in an Order, the Platform and Website are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee any particular search ranking, visibility or business result. To the extent permitted by law, Techasoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, or for loss of profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the Client paid for the Platform in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

Either party may end the subscription as set out in the Order. We may suspend access for non-payment, material breach of these Terms, or to protect the Platform. When a subscription ends, access to the Platform stops and connected Google accounts are disconnected.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify Platform customers.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka have exclusive jurisdiction.
